Refund Policy

We will refund the set in the following circumstances:

- The CD set arrived damaged in the post
- The Set has been opened, but there are scratches on the CD's, casing or damages on the cover
- The Audio in the CD's has fault, i.e. missing Audio, loud noises, etc
- There is a CD missing/double CD's

We will NOT refund the product in the following circumstances:

- Customer has bought the CD set and there is no fault with it, and therefore customer wants a refund
- Customer has purchased the set, but wants refund because they don't want it anymore.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, then please contact us and we will negotiate/refund the money insha'Allah
